Little Luca is looking more and more like his mom every day! Thank you, Hilary, for always tweeting the adorable photo updates. Her latest Luca-Report was a milestone indeed—her little boy is growing up fast.
The former “Lizzie McGuire” star shared a photo of her son snacking on a baby toy because he is getting his first tooth. Hilary wrote, “Luca is cutting a tooth!!! It’s the cutest/saddest (because it hurts) getting so big my boy!! Gunna have a little toof lol.” It’s hard to believe she went seemingly from Disney to motherhood, and now the mother of a baby already teething? We still watch Cadet Kelly from time to time!
Luca was born on March 20, so he’s right on track to start teething at nearly 4-months old. Hilary’s son isn’t the only celebrity baby already turning teething-age; Beth Littleford’s daughter was born just three days after Luca. According to her mom’s Twitter, though, she skipped the whole teething routine and went straight for a career. Littleford shared a photo of her holding her daughter at work with the caption, “At work [with] my new personal assistant. She’s green but she shows promise.” Okay, we get it—March was precocious baby month.
Luca has other things to worry about right now. Growing up seems to be his top priority. Since he’s still so young, the teething process is probably not too bad, but when his first molars start coming in, it might not be as easy. Some suggest keeping baggies of frozen wash cloths in the freezer on hand to soothe the teething woes. Babble.com even suggests soaking the wash cloth in chamomile tea before freezing it, just to give some extra soothe to those gums!
